• Over 48 hours’ notice – No fee.
• 24–48 hours’ notice – 20% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• No-shows – 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Please note:
• All booking fees are non-refundable.
• Some services require a patch test at least 48 hours before the treatment.
• Longer services may require a booking fee to secure your appointment.
As a small business owner, I rely on your commitment to your appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact my ability to provide for my family and serve my clients.
